TLC Senior Relocation

TLC Senior Relocation, LLC is a move management and/or downsizing service. TLC Senior Relocation, LLC is a joint venture with my sister-in-law, Sue Middleton, to help seniors and/or the physically challenged to downsize and/or transition into a smaller home, an independent retirement community, an assisted living  or a nursing home in the Denver Metro Area or elseware in Colorado.

 

Whatever your needs, our services are customized to meet your individual wishes in a professional, compassionate and caring manner to relive you and your loved ones of this responsibility and stress.  You can use all of the services that we provide or pick just the ones that will be of use to you. A later life move is not "just another move," but represents   a major life step, which is traumatic.   Often an outsider, an unbiased person can offer reality at an emotional time for the entire family.  Do you need a hassle or headache at this stressful time, especially if there has been a death in the family? 

 

It usually requires five to 8 weeks for an individual to completely clean out an average home, dispose of items and prepare the home for sale.  We streamline this process, yet provide emotional support for the one who is moving and adopting a different life style.

• Questionnaire to help you decide "Should I stay or Go?"
• Answering the question many have: "What are My Housing Options?
  
  If you decide that you would like to downsize and/or move then we can help you with:

• Space Planning for the New Home
• Help you Select Items to Move
• Arrange Packing and Moving Services
• Arrange for Shipping or Pickup of Items going to Family/Friends
• Make Arrangements for an Auction or Estate Sale or Charitable Contributions for remaining items
• Close the Home that you are leaving (cleaning, change utiliteis, mail, etc.)
• Conduct a "Leaving Ceremony" to say goodbye to the home that you are leaving
• Unpack Items in Your New Home 
• Conduct a "New Home Welcome!" ritual
• Help you to "settle in" to your New Home, your New Community and the Amenities
• We can also arrange for the Sale of your Home
